THE PROBLEM I HAD THE LAST TIME WAS I BOOK A SMOKING ROOM AND I DID NOT GET NO WHEN I TOLD THE FRONT DESK I WAS BRUSHED OFF AND TOLD I BOOK NON SMOKING. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY ROOM. NO SHOWER CAPS ALSO THE BED WAS MADE UP POORLY IT HAD PLENTY OF LUMPS LIKE THE SHEETS HADNT BEEN CHANGED...NO TOWELS BUT ONE BIG ONE...OTHER THAN THAT I FEEL THE CASINO IS VERY NICE JUST HARD TO GET A SERVER TO GET YOU SOMETHING TO DRINK.... | 5 |

| The guy who gave it a 1 is wrong. He just lost all of his money too fast and that is probably his norm for playing with his paycheck money every two weeks. The guy who gave it a 3 is wrong the machines are not tight. The layout is easy to follow and they just installed several WPT tables back in the open area. The food is great with many options. The rooms are nice and parking is a breeze.
I am up in the $1600 so far playing at the tables.
You will like the drive and the clean air.

| My family and I love to go to this casino, the staff is perfect, however the last few years the entertainment has not been as good as it was the first year. We had a host that moved into cards and he was phenominal as both we cant find him now, I think he was a tribal member and his brother used to be manager for the entertainment, why do the good guys always leave. Over all I love this place.

| My wife and have been to this casino four times and we enjoy it. The players club people are very accomadating, especially Tom Wheeler. I have lost money and also won a little. If you think you are going to win every time, you are destined for disappointment, but you can't win unless you play, right! | casino is very clean, the clean ladies will push out of the way to clean! Player cards are questionable, they can track you any where and know where you are playing. I had a loosing treak,didnt winn a thing for a while. So I stopped using the players card. I won big time. Most of the people nice. Hotel is average. Over price. Customer Service lacks. The free room is not free! Drink are hard to come by. All they talk about is your players card and points. I think that good customer service should give all the time. No one knows thing when you ask. Over all they pisst me off. I spend alot of money there. I loose even more. I think they should be kissing me behind with GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. like in reno or taho. nothing for the kids to do. It is not a family trip. The only reason we will go back is because of the free rooms, that arenot free at the end of what you spend, you give food coupons with points, they give you money coupons. | 7 |

I have visited over 30 California Indian Casinos and go at least once a week to my regular one. This casino rates a 10 for glitz and glamor. Very beautiful, elegant, and well layed out. However the praise stops there because all it has is looks. The machines are very tight. The buffet is very nice with view seating but the food is mediocre at best and even the $3.99 price for lunch didn't make it any better.
I will play at Table Mountain in Fresno when I am in the area as it is much better. | 3 |
| If you rate Chukchansi by the rate of return on your money, I have to give it a 1. For layout, atmosphere, ambience, I give it a 9. I'd rather give it a 10 on gambling wins & a 0 on atmosphere. Everytime I come home from Chukchansi I'm in a bad mood. | 1 |
| wen tochukchansi when they first opened, its a very beautiful casino in and outside is gorgous lots of room and pleanty of mixed machines to play.The buffett was great lots of different foods to choose from the best buffett of all casinos i been to.Won but put most back as played fo over 12 hours on 100 dollars and still had my hundred to back home on its a long ride from the bay area buti manage to drive down and come back .been back a few times nice drive just to go for the buffett and gamble staff were very friendly.They keep sending me offers fro a free room and concerts next time will take up the offer but you must join ther players club card i give chukchansi a ten. | 10 |
| My wife and I have been going to Lake Tahoe every year on our anniversary since we have been married. For our 12th anniversary we decided to try Chukchansi Gold Resort, this is the cleanest casino we have ever been to. We love playing slots mostly nickle & quarter which they have plenty of, we are also non smokers and we were very plaesed with their non smoking section. The only down fall is that their drinks are not complementry, when I drink I tend to spend more just like thousands of others. In all we have found a new spot to gamble, with only a 2 and a half hour ride from Monterey we will be returning very soon. 08/08/2004 | 10 |

| Chukchansi Resort was a very nice place to stay and play slot machines. The resort itself is in a beautiful area, and the drive from San Jose was great with plenty of blue sky and no traffic. The casino itself offers many choices to play on different kinds of slot machines, from the standard one line slot machine, to multi-line video slots. And no waiting. Totally hooked on Solstice Gold slot machines, and won/lost just enough to make me want to keep coming back! | 10 |
| Chukchansi Gold is very easy to get to from highway 41. Their entrance is well lit with its own stop light. The casino overlooks the hills and the highway, it is well laid out inside. The rewards club was easy to find, but there was a wait to join. Cashier was friendly and efficient. We stopped on our way back from Yosemite. Restrooms had nice design and were clean. Slots appear to be fair: One big winner and a couple of small losers. A parking garage would be a great improvement. They had too many announcements for my tastes. They had lots of $1 machines, most of the popular .25 were in use. Goldfields Café had good food, good service, and a good view. | 8 |
| I believe this is the closest I have come to Vegas although I must add that I have not been to too many in California. I primarily play Blackjack and found the dealers to be very professional and most of the players knew what they were doing. I am not sure if it is a California law, but they do charge for alcohol, which I thought was not too smart on their part since I play much better when I am not drinking. It is worth the trip especially if you are near Yosimite. | 8 |
