| me and my wife have bean gaming at your casino wen your casino was just a tent we go there just about every week and sometimes moor this month they did not send me Annie free play must not lost Enif money there. the wife and i also go to Augustine casino about same amount of time they give me and the wife 45.00 for here and 45.00 for me a week free play and we play about the same in that casino i think we get treated better there. | This casino and the Spa in Palm Springs are my favorites in the area, we go often. The slots seem to pay and the staff are nice. They have all the latest machines and also some of the oldies but goodies. Be sure to use your card in either casino you get discounted or free meals at least!!! Agua is very easy to get to to right off the 10 frwy. There is contruction going on now (Hotel construction) but the parking is always good. | 8 |

| Here we are in Palm springs at 114 degrees with the highways soft from the heat! So we tryed Aqua Caliente. Hard to win and where is the motel? Loosen the slots and maybe we will return someday? Give a guy a break? | 7 |

| I thought it was a blast and my nextel phone worked everywhere. The buffet was excellent and so was the diner. It wasn't that smokey for a casino that is. The employees were a little on the rude side but hey everyone has their days. | 8 |
| This place is own by same people of Spa Resort in Palm Springs and show same lack of casino management. They cater more to tourist, not gamblers. The BJ are unwinnable. Double Deck BJ has one of the most unfavorable rules, no DDAS, DD only on 10,11. The staff seem largely consist of old ladys who are senile, the pit bosses are very anal. I played 10 hrs and lost $1700 and they would not even comp me a buffet. I am never returning and telling everybody. Bad marketing... | 2 |
| Agua Caliente is one of the more opulent casinos in the Coachella Valley. Their covered parking during the summer months is definitely a must. Gaming is fun, restrooms are clean, and the buffet offers great food at reasonable prices. | 8 |

| We had a nice time. It has plenty of the parking including a structure. Easy to get to from the freeway, and there are billboards reminding you when you get close.Nice carpets, excellent restrooms, plenty of space, a non-smoking portion. It is a spacious casino with plenty of slot machines and tables. There was a nice little garden as well.Mostly new slot machines, the tables look clean. Lots of dollars, some .25 and some .05, and a special place for $25 dollar machines.Joining their players club, Club Paradise, was quick and efficient.Weakness – not enough quarter (.25) machines, two of the machines we tried did not our accept bills ($20, $5). The wheel of fortune had a computer screen type slot for the bottom machine; a more traditional real-slot machine would have been preferred.$10 pay back test produced $7.50.Cashing out the script was speedy, but there appeared to be a longer line as we were leaving.Snack bar had reasonable selection, but pizza place was out and would have to wait 15 minutes for the daily special. It had a 24 hour all you can eat buffet, which I will try next time. The traffic on the access road from the freeway (two lanes) was heavy.Worth a visit and it is worth the drive from Los Angles. | 8 |
