| very smoky, even the staff smokes on floor, very noisy with screaming announcements, you had better have one of your lucky days to win there, if get ahead of a machine better cash it in, u get one good hit, food is good, with priced right prim rib on friday and sat night, they are building new casino hopefully the staff will be more professional, one more thing some machines have ticket in ticket out, some pays out coins unless u get the machine to $50.00 then u get a hand pay, then they expect a tip, even if u are in fact losing, if u do not tip them they will give u a very nasty said thank you, why should we tip when we are losing? I will tip if I have won, so I guess I will not tip. | 5 |

| 9/17/06...just went. small, but had black jack starting at $5.00 tables. Left with $20.00 more than I went in with. Slots were so,so. Husband lost more than I won, but staff was friendly, and plenty of offers of beverages and was clean and not too smokey. | 7 |
| First time in any casino. Great experience, great dealers. Played in a 125+10 No Limit tournament. Placed 10th out of 48. Good experience against extremely legit, regular players from Middletown,Ca.
Hopefully, going back really soon. | 9 |

| Never going back this place just ate our money. Its a tent! Like there sucking your money to build a real place. | 1 |
| The Casino has improved tremendously over time. New machines, a new Poker Room, renovated restrooms, improved Cafe menu, drink servers. | 7 |
| I've only been here once, and that was enough. The casino was small and not many new machines. When you win on the slots it takes forever for someone to come and pay you. They need 3 people/employees on each payout. I went during the week and all the tables were closed. Not very clean either. | 3 |
| I play there alot because of the location and i like the slots they have. The workers are for the most part rude and just stand around, if they like the way you look they will be nice, if you complain they get an attitude real quick. chris and doug at night are prime examples of rude. Also they don't come around enough to ask if you'd like a drink. Perhaps the rude employees need to seek jobs elsewhere. | 3 |
| Twin Pine Casino, located just south of Middletown on highway 29. Twin Pine Casino is developing its players club which was at the back. They do not yet have the cards, only a mailing list. Twin Pine casino has all coin slot machines. I found I washed my hands a few times. Many California casinos players have gotten used to the tickets and coins payouts can confuse us at first.
The staff was all friendly. My slot machine test – I lost 3 out of 3 and also did not win at blackjack. There was no wait to cash out and the cashier was friendly. One of the machines (3 reels), the hopper ran out of money; it took about three minutes to get the money. Twin Pine does have complementary beverages.

| very disappointed, the casino is a real shame compared to what it could have been. What was a real promising place looks dilapidated and dirty. Seems decades behind the other nearest casinos.
Wasted drive, won't be going back | 4 |
